What is Educational Leadership?
The most important concept in defining the standards of education is educational leadership. Without educational leadership, a classroom setting would not be conducive to learning. It is also important to instill the leadership skills that define educational leadership into the students who will one day need those skills in order to lead others in a job or once again in a classroom. Educational leadership begins all the way at the top with those who run the school. If they are taking on their role as leader seriously, it will show all the way down the ladder to the students. Students are the only concern when it comes to educational leadership. The school must care about giving the students the right start with their approach to educational leadership in order to produce people who are one day able to lead their own group of people with equality and sensitivity.
